Born in PEI, Carl completed his studies,first in French immersion, then in Business Administration at Sainte-Anne University in NS.  During his employment with RBC he obtained the PFP (Personal Financial Planner) designation and completed the Canadian Securities Course with honors.

In his role as financial planner at RBC he advised 600 families with over $70 million in assets.  Then, in his role as national sales director at Assumption Life, he oversaw the implementation of pension and group savings plans, and was responsible for all aspects of sales development for individual savings plans, pensions, and group RRSP’s.

Carl has been an active member of the Dieppe Rotary Club for 15 years and has received various awards for his community involvement.


Carl has lived in Dieppe since 1999.
